Today I had an errand to run in town. Time was short, there would be no room for dilly dallying but there was something I had to go and have a look at while I was there. This week Southampton was hosting a festival of colour in the new Watermark esplanade. Turn and face the strange

A Saturday trip to town with Commando gave me a chance to have a look at the progress on the WestQuay II, or Watermark development. Let’s face it, I didn’t have the money to go shopping and I had time to kill.
