Netley Common, hearts and boundary stones

The boundary stone disappointment from my muddy Common walk was playing on my mind and, as it wasn’t actually raining this morning, I decided to look for the next on my list. Maybe I’d have more luck with this one. When I first read there was a stone on Netley Common I was expecting a walk along the shore. Love and landmarks

Commando and I don’t do Valentines Day. There are no hearts and flowers, heart shaped chocolates or fancy, expensive cards in our house. That is not to say we are not romantic, we just don’t need a special day to show how much we love each other. In the spirit of St Valentine though, I thought I’d revisit a landmark from our past for my Tuesday walk.
